It's time for the annual swimsuit edition of B.I. and a bevy of busty beauties have arrived to prepare for the event. However, unknown to the gorgeous young women, a rival publisher has decided to sabotage the event. Trying to scare the contestants, he hires someone to break into one of the suites and leaves two of the models tightly duct taped and gagged. But when this fails to disrupt the filming he gets desperate and decides to kidnap the models. He is unaware that two of the girls are undercover police officers who have been tipped off to his plan. Soon the two beautiful officers are captured along with the other girls tightly bound and gagged.
