Carlos had just had his men kidnap more girls to ship, and was preparing them for shipment when all of the sites were raided and the girls rescued. Someone had tipped off the Feds and thwarted the operation. Carlos was furious because there was a plant inside his organization, and he did not know who it was. He had to find out who it was and he had too find out fast because even his drug business was being compromise
