Quite a variety of positions, bindings, and colorfully unnerving/ugly story villains on display. These photos are fair use under creative commons, according to the source itself, in both Japanese and English; and all are scans directly from an archival site of the now defunct publication.
The artwork is largely by Takashi Shiwa, but the magazine name is still unclear. The archival site was linked to from the (obviously) mainly-in-Japanese Twitter page of studio "D's Club Movie", whose rigger professed to being inspired by all the vivid illustrations of tight cloth gags and interesting predicaments as a college boy.
