Fetter was produced by Kane Photo, an adult fetish oriented magazine publisher in the 1970's thru the 1990's. They were based in Rhode Island. I apologize for the poor scan, I cannot locate the original publication to rescan a cleaner image. This was the first issue of this title published in 1977.
