Jessica Gage is a successful executive climbing the corporate ladder and travels often. Her meeting in Phoenix did not go so well and she had no time to change out of her business skirt suit and heels, in order to make her flight. After a rush to get to the airport, she finds out her flight has been overbooked and her first class seat had been given to someone else. Jessica had always been a bit entitled and demanding in her interactions with customer service workers. This was no exception. She went full on nuclear Karen at the gate attendant, swearing, shouting and making an absolute scene. The police were called. She was placed in handcuffs immediately and taken on a humiliating long march through the terminal. She had never been in handcuffs or arrested before and she has never felt so embarrassed.
