Sharon Kane plays the villainess, as a Senior Executive to Eve's Jr. If you already know the story, that means instead of Eve being the only woman on the board of directors, she's been placed on the board to act as Sharon's puppet (supporting Sharon on deals Sharon wants to see the board approve). When Eve doesn't feel right about a certain deal and decides to vote against Sharon, she soon finds herself a part of a deal that ultimately takes her out of the country!
