This is what he wanted:
"Chun Li arms stretched out above her head. She would be wearing a bikini and the strings of her bikini top would be in her mouth. Now she gets poked/soft tickled in her armpits amd starts giggling but trying not to open her mouth. After a few second of teasing like this the real tickling in the armpits starts and she tries again to laugh without opening her mouth but after another few seconds she cant hold it in anymore and starts to laugh hard opening her mouth and letting the bikini strings out which fall down and expose her breasts. She now is tickled topless till the end of the animation."
