IsolationCell.com purported to keep young women imprisoned, barefoot and shackled in cells like this one 23-24 hours a day for years at a time, bound by contract. (Yes it was a scam, but the concept is pretty hot right~?)
They referred to this and other clips as "DVD quality", which even in 2003 seems dubious to me.

«There’s a blast from the past! I though the site was called realprison.com and it was run by Duane Wintermute. There were blog posts and letters posted by the prisoners. Some of the prisoners were said to be homeless. Kind of a pity story, I think. Then the site vanished one day and this clip comes out from the furthest reaches of the Internet. Nice!»
