We love zip tie bondage. It can be dangerous in a self bondage environment so be careful. Zip ties are relentless and there is no going back and loosening them. The extra thick industrial ones are the best but hard to cut off when you are done. This video shows how we tied my feet so I had to go more on my tip toes with every pull. Higher and higher until the arch of my feet could not go and further.
