The Avengers, S3E23: an actress (Fenella Fielding) is inadvertently put into harms way. She’s KO’d with gas in a dentist chair and taken. We see her being bound and gagged with school ties. During the rescue, the female baddie (Vivian Pickles) is overcome by Cathy Gale and is bound and gagged (offscreen) so that she can sneak into the action to help Steed. That fencing uniform sure is flattering. In a later season, this episode is remade with Mrs. Peel.
