Tecnically the armbinder could be harder, but it's bugged so you CANNOT escape it.
«Armbinder is possible to escape, but it takes about 20 minutes, it's quite a different approach than the others, and how to escape makes no sense at all. It's also not how you do it in real life. I only figured it out by watching the developers videos behind their paywall and observeing in a early devlog video there was a special device for armbinders, Look for a device which has no obvious purpose. You need to walk into it standing up and press 'e' (or whatever you use to open doors). It's not documented, and there's no hint popup telling you.
