I'm all for creating personal versions, short versions, etc,
but bhuser makes an important and valid point.
When posting short versions or personally edited versions, you prevent the full version to ever be uploaded in the future.
So please,
if you wish to upload a personally edited or a shortened version, please upload also at the same time the full version (do it the same day otherwise it'll be rejected).
If longer videos are too difficult to upload from your region due to poor internet connection, then bhuser's idea is the best solution -
