This was supposed to be another "hardest possible challenge" the one I did was genuinely impossible. even when I used a cheat to give me extra lives.
The start of this video shows me giving myself a help by using perks that don't end the run when caught, but instead slow me down further. as it turns out however, this was entirely pointless and I could have done it legit.
